The Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership confidence. You’ll oversee our marketing strategy and execution, with proven experience in driving measurable results across digital and traditional marketing channels.
This role requires someone who is both data-driven, creatively minded, and a strategic partner to leadership — willing to stand firm with evidence-based recommendations, ensuring marketing decisions are guided by results and creativity, not assumptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.
- Lead brand positioning and storytelling across digital, social, PR, events, and trade shows.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure performance across all platforms.
- Oversee website management and updates to ensure strong user experience and performance (WordPress).
- Own and optimize web analytics, lead tracking, and reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot).
- Lead SEO efforts to improve visibility through content and technical optimization.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms.
- Drive email marketing strategy, including newsletters, nurture flows, automation, and segmentation in HubSpot.
- Implement and analyze A/B testing for email and digital campaigns to improve performance.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and leadership teams on go-to-market plans.
- Manage external partners and contractors to ensure alignment with strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering accountability and creativity.
- Report performance metrics and insights to leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role and experience managing direct reports.
- Strong leadership presence.
- Proven experience growing your direct reports
- Technical expertise in digital marketing, with direct experience implementing email campaigns (including A/B testing), and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with WordPress backend management.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Confidence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in health & wellness, CPG, or related industries is a plus.
Compensation / Benefits
- Base Salary: $100k – $112k
- Performance Compensation: Profit sharing and bonuses from an additional 20% of total compensation
- Retirement: 401(k) with company match
- Health Coverage: Medical, vision, and dental
- Paid Time Off: Generous PTO policy
- Hybrid Schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday.
