Sales Rep, Pet Health Space
We are seeking an experienced sales representative to help us grow our presence in the pet supplement market. You must have prior experience in the pet health/supplement space, in either a sales or marketing capacity. This is a hybrid in-person role in Brea California. However, for well-qualified candidates, we’ll consider a remote position with monthly 4 day trips to the main office.
The base hourly rate is just that, commission is where you’ll really earn the cheddar.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Experience in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- We use Hubspot for our CRM, either prior familiarity or ability to quickly learn
- Note, up to 10% of your time can be spent supporting the other teams on anything office related. This can mean helping the marketing team prep for tradeshows, or even labeling samples, etc. Ego’s are checked at the door.
- Travel expectations are reasonably light, about 10-12 weeks out of the year.
Requirements
- Mininum 2 years of experience in the pet health space from either a direct sales or marketing position. We will consider candidates in the human nutraceutical space with an extensive list of contacts at pet health brands.
- Ability to work independently and proactively. You will find your own leads, nurture them, close them. There’s no SDR assistants other than a document support specialist. So come in ready to hunt.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

We’re a B2B ingredient supplier for the health & wellness space. We’re an energetic, relatively youthful team that executes at a very high cadence.
We pay the BEST COMMISSION structure in the entire B2B supplement space. So if you’re hungry and willing to invest in yourself, you will eventually win here. Emphasis on the eventually, our sales cycle ranges from 9-18 months.
If you’re applying here, be prepared to move at the speed of light. There is minimal bureaucracy here, the cream rises to the top. We hold each other accountable but also celebrate our wins and spend two weeks out of the year focusing on the team.
This is a hybrid in office position, with every other Friday off.
